Drip Doctor Plumbing Solutions Ltd was created to provide dependable, professional plumbing services with a strong focus on quality workmanship, honest communication and long-term customer relationships.

The company itself is three years old. The experience behind it is not. Thirty-five years in the trade sits behind every job we take on, which is the reason a young company is comfortable quoting new construction rough-ins and certified backflow testing alongside a leaking tap.

We work with homeowners, businesses, contractors, builders and property managers, on projects that run from everyday plumbing repairs through renovations, new construction and certified backflow testing.

What actually sets us apart

Every plumbing company says it does good work. The difference shows up earlier than that, in whether anyone diagnosed the problem before pricing the fix. A number given over the phone without seeing the system is a guess, and guesses are how people end up paying for the wrong repair twice.

So we find the cause first. Then we explain the options in language that does not require a trade licence to follow, including the option of doing nothing yet, and including the times when a repair is not worth the money because the system behind it needs replacing. Customers should be able to feel confident that the work was completed correctly, safely and professionally, and that nobody sold them something they did not need.

Hours, and why we do not advertise emergency service

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays by appointment and Sundays closed. We do not currently advertise 24-hour emergency service.

Plenty of companies do advertise it. We would rather not promise a response time we cannot consistently hold to. Messages that arrive outside business hours are returned as soon as possible on the next business day, and for anything genuinely urgent a phone call to the office will always get further than a web form.

Warranty

Drip Doctor Plumbing Solutions Ltd stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Warranty coverage depends on the type of service, materials installed, manufacturer warranties, and the terms provided in your quotation or invoice.

Work we do not take on

Being upfront about this saves everyone time. We do not handle septic-system pumping, well drilling, appliance repair that does not involve plumbing connections, or heating, air-conditioning and electrical repairs. Jobs outside our normal service area are considered case by case and need approval in advance.
