Six services make up most of our work.
- New Construction PlumbingComplete plumbing installations for new residential and commercial construction projects, including water supply lines, drainage, venting, fixture installation, and plumbing system coordination.
- Plumbing RenovationsPlumbing services for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and full property renovations. We work with homeowners, contractors, and designers to relocate, upgrade, or install plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Backflow Testing and CertificationCertified testing, inspection, repair, and replacement of backflow prevention devices to help protect drinking-water systems and meet municipal cross-connection requirements.
- Commercial PlumbingPlumbing installation, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses, multi-unit properties, and other commercial facilities.
- Residential PlumbingReliable plumbing services for homeowners, landlords, and residential property managers, from everyday repairs to complete plumbing installations.
- Drain CleaningDiagnosis and clearing of blocked or slow drains in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, floor drains, and main sewer lines.
Compliance
Backflow testing, with the report filed for you.
Toronto’s by-law sets out, function by function, who may survey, install, repair and test a backflow preventer. An engineer with the certification can survey and test but cannot repair. Sprinkler fitters can test and nothing else.
One credential stack covers every function, fire protection systems included: a Master Plumber holding a City of Toronto plumbing contractor licence together with cross-connection control certification. That is what we hold, so a failed device gets repaired and retested on the same visit, rather than handed back to you with a referral.

Inlet shutoff valve
Closed first on every test, so the device can be isolated without shutting the building down.
Test cocks 1 – 4
The four tap points a differential pressure gauge reads across. One upstream, one either side of each check.
First check valve
Spring-loaded and independently operating. It holds pressure without help from the second.
Relief valve
Guards the zone between the checks. If either leaks, this opens and dumps the zone before anything travels backwards.
Air gap and drain
A physical break between the relief discharge and the drain. No air gap, no certificate.
Second check valve
The backup. An RP is the only assembly the by-law accepts on a severe hazard, because it fails open to atmosphere.

A price given over the phone without seeing the system is a guess. We find the cause first, then price the work that fixes it.
You get the options in plain language
Repair or replace, what each involves, and what happens if you wait. If a repair is throwing money at a system that needs replacing, we say so.
We complete the work and stand behind it
Permits pulled where required, inspections coordinated, and the site left clean. Warranty terms are set out on your quotation and invoice.

A young company built on a long trade career.
Drip Doctor Plumbing Solutions Ltd was created to provide dependable, professional plumbing services with a strong focus on quality workmanship, honest communication and long-term customer relationships.
The company is three years old. The experience behind it runs to thirty-five years, across everyday repairs, renovations, new construction and certified backflow testing, for homeowners, businesses, contractors, builders and property managers.
What sets us apart is the unglamorous part of the job: diagnosing problems properly, explaining the available options clearly, and finishing with attention to detail. We want customers to feel confident the work was completed correctly, safely and professionally.

Toronto, and out across the GTA.
Travel within our service area is built into our pricing — there is no separate trip fee. Work outside our normal service area is considered case by case and needs to be approved in advance.

What areas do you serve?
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, and the Toronto districts of Etobicoke, Scarborough and North York. Travel inside our service area is built into our pricing. There is no separate trip fee.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency plumbing?
No. We do not advertise 24-hour emergency service, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a response time we cannot hold to. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays by appointment. Messages left outside those hours are returned as soon as possible the next business day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Drip Doctor Plumbing Solutions Ltd is fully licensed, fully insured and WSIB covered. Our work is carried out under a Red Seal certification, a Master Plumber licence and a City of Toronto Plumbing Contractor licence, and our backflow testing is done under a certified cross-connection control tester certification.
Do you charge for quotes?
Send us the details through the quote form or call the office and we will tell you what we need in order to price the work. Some jobs can be quoted from a clear description and a few photos. Others need someone on site, because a price given without seeing the system is a guess.
Do you work with contractors and builders, or only homeowners?
Both, in roughly equal measure. A large share of our work is new construction and renovation plumbing for builders, general contractors and designers, alongside residential and commercial service work.
